We want you to be completely satisfied with your Garden-Fountains purchase; if your fountain or garden decor doesn't perfectly complement your outdoor space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the fountain in its original crate or box with all protective padding to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labels

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the exterior of the package and schedule a pickup or drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for any signs of use or damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
